#TimeToBeKind

Life has been hard recently, especially for our young people, with many experiencing isolation, stress and anxiety. Together, by offering support to one another, we can help make Wales a kinder nation and help break the cycle of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). It’s Time to be Kind.

What do you think?

Have you seen our latest #TimeToBeKind film on either TV or social media? We want to know what you think.

Please take part in a short evaluation survey being conducted by Bangor University. The survey takes 2-3 minutes to complete and is anonymous. Taking part means that you can help to impact how we communicate about ACEs in the future.

Share your kindness story

A text, a virtual hug, a gift in the post, a conversation on the street – tell us about an act of kindness that helped you overcome a difficult time, or even an ACE. We also want to hear from the kindness-givers too. Tell us about the time you reached out to someone.

The kindest place in Wales

People right across the nation are submitting their kindness stories to help other people through difficult times. See how your hometown is faring in our interactive kindness map. If it looks a little bare, add your own kindness story to boost support in your area.
